Product Returns / Withdrawal

To avoid your own inconvenience we would recommend that you pay attention at the time of delivery of your order to the condition of the sold product and the intactness of its packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, missing parts, etc. Returns of products that have been sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

In case of a defective product, in terms of its operation (DOA), the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact the store is necessary) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt thereof. In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement/change) will be borne by the Company.

In the event of a damaged product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary) provided that the product has checked upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (it is noted that the carrier is obliged to remain during the process of unsealing the products). In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement/change) will be borne by the Company.

In the event of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging intact and the original contents included. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.

In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until they are returned to the Company. Consequently, we recommend that returns be made either by ELTA registered letter or by using courier services.

In the event that an advance has been given, by any means of payment, for an order that includes products with availability status "to order" there will be no right of withdrawal.
